Fishing rod is a selective and environmentally friendly method in catching tuna preserving the sustainability of our oceans. Tuna fish using only a cane one by one and selected for their size.

All catches for the development of our tuna are certified and documented ensuring that all parts are fished one to one exclusively with cane.

Each tuna is caught alive and climbed aboard, ensuring a fresh fish of the highest quality and manually prepared to ensure preserves flavor, improved texture and color.

Only packaged in trunk, removing the crumbs for a compact, red and juicy tuna, bathed in olive oil.
